These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BabyXchange website, mobile site, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). BabyXchange is a kids clothing brand promoted and marketed by The Pinnacle Consulting.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. About BabyXchange

BabyXchange is an e-commerce brand offering kids’ apparel including ethnic wear, casual wear, and seasonal collections.
The brand is promoted and supported by The Pinnacle Consulting, which manages digital marketing, brand promotion, and platform operations on behalf of BabyXchange.

2. Eligibility to Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Platform.

  • If you are under 18, purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

  • By using this Platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product images are for representation purposes. Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

  • BabyXchange reserves the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation communication.

  • BabyXchange reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. BabyXchange does not store your card or UPI details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • BabyXchange shall not be liable for delays caused by external logistics providers.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per the Return & Refund Policy published on the Platform.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated time mentioned in the policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • BabyXchange and The Pinnacle Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

BabyXchange reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
